The Queensland Government supports and encourages the dissemination and exchange of information. However, copyright protects the Department of the Premier and Cabinet’s website and the material published on it, including: text, pages, documents, online graphics, photographs, audio and video.

Apart from fair dealings for the purposes of private study, research, criticism or review as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the department’ s website and the material published on it may only be reproduced or re-used as outlined below.

For material labelled with a Creative Commons licence, that material is published and may be used subject to the relevant licence terms on the AusGOAL website and the material.

Where material is not labelled under a Creative Commons licence or otherwise licensed, no part may be reproduced or re-used for any purpose without written permission from the department.
